We believe in a holistic approach to dog health and wellness that we adapt based on the unique needs of each dog.

Some dogs need exercise while others just want to relax in the shade. Our trained Pack Leaders evaluate each dog in our care to be sure they have a wonderful experience and come home to you happy and healthy.

We divide our dogs into groups according to their size, age, and activity level, and monitor them while they play and experience life with the pack. Your dog will love spending the day in one of our massive outdoor dog parks or indoor climate-controlled play areas in our clean new facility in East Dallas.

Our Services

The Best Boarding in Dallas

We invested in the highest quality dog suites available on the market to ensure your dog spends the night in style. Each suite is meticulously cleaned after each use and designed to keep our dogs safe and clean during their stays.

Our guests also get full daycare at no additional cost! This means they will spend the day playing in our massive outside yard or climate-controlled indoor play areas. We do not believe in confining our guests to kennels with only a few short potty breaks.

Walks and Runs on the Santa Fe Trail

The Dallas Dog Palace is located directly across the street from the Santa Fe Trail. We offer walks and runs on the trail - a great option for puppies and active dogs!

The Royal Treatment

Let us pamper your pet with a warm bath, nail trim, or other treatment in our grooming salon. You can pick from a variety of products for soft fur and a delightful scent.

Reservations

Follow the steps below to make your first reservation and schedule a free evaluation session. If you are unable to schedule an evaluation in time for the boarding, please call us and we will try to accommodate you if possible.

Returning guests can make reservations on our Gingr for Pet Parents mobile app available from Google or Apple with code 848190. A new evaluation session is not necessary for returning guests.

Gather updated shot records from your veterinarian for Bordetella (6 month booster), Canine Influenza, DHLPP, and Rabies.

Create a profile and make a reservation. You may also install the Gingr for Pets Mobile App from Google or Apple using code 848190.
