Stay in Style

We offer luxury walk-in dog suites that are designed to feel like a room in your home.

Each suite is climate-controlled and includes an elevated bed for maximum comfort. We meticulously clean and disinfect our suites before each stay to help keep our guests safe and healthy.

Dogs are social creatures, so we also offer group boarding in the House of Commons, a large room that can be partitioned for groups depending on size and temperament. This is a good option for dogs that have separation anxiety or who just prefer to spend time with the pack. Rest assured knowing that our staff is certified in Pet CPR and First Aid.

*Overnight boarding rates are subject to an additional $5 surcharge per dog per night on the following holidays and periods of peak demand: 3/9-3/17, 3/29-3/31, 5/10-5/12, 5/24-5/27, 6/1-6/8, 6/15-6/17, 7/4-7/7, 8/30-9/2, 11/23-12/1, 12/21-12/27, 12/30-1/5/25. Daycare at the Palace

Our boarding guests get the added bonus of spending the day in our outdoor dog park and spacious indoor play area at no additional cost.

Guests must check-out by 11 am on their final day of boarding or be charged for a day of daycare at our standard rates.

We also offer walks and runs on the Santa Fe Trail for an additional fee of $15 per session, depending on availability. This is a great option for puppies who are learning how to walk on leash and more energetic dogs who need a lot of movement during the day.

Boarding

  • Add a roommate for a $20 discount.
  • 10% discount on boarding rates for stays exceeding seven nights.
  • Checkout is at 11 am on final day of boarding.

Reservations

Follow the steps below to make your first reservation and schedule a free evaluation session. If you are unable to schedule an evaluation in time for the boarding, please call us and we will try to accommodate you if possible.

Returning guests can make reservations on our Gingr for Pet Parents mobile app available from Google or Apple with code 848190. A new evaluation session is not necessary for returning guests.

Cancellations or changes less than seven days in advance will incur a $50 fee. For reservations that include major holidays, cancellations or changes less than two weeks in advance will incur a $75 fee.

Gather updated shot records from your veterinarian to show negative annual Fecal Exam, Heartworm, Flea & Tick Preventives, Bordetella (6 month booster), Canine Influenza, DHLPP or DHPP + Leptospirosis, and Rabies.
